This is Brad. Brad’s consulting work at CRE has included leading projects with a variety of nonprofit and New York City government agencies in areas such as strategic planning, board development, executive transition, executive search, and team effectiveness. He also participates in CRE’s leadership development programming.

Brad has over nine years experience in the nonprofit sector, previously holding the role of Director of Business Development at Tides, a $200 million nonprofit social enterprise that provides financial and management services to nonprofits and philanthropists committed to positive social change. As a member of the Tides executive working group, he led interdepartmental teams to address organization-wide issues such as service and pricing sustainability. Before this Brad served as a U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in a small coal-mining town in Eastern Ukraine, where he was a school teacher and community organizer. He is certified in Facilitative Leadership for Social Change by Interaction Institute for Social Change. Brad holds a M.S. in Organizational Change Management from The New School and a B.A.in International Relations from Connecticut College. He reads, writes, and speaks Russian.
