Andrea J. Rogers
Meet Andrea. She consults in the areas of board development, program design and management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and strategic planning.
She’s got a lot of experience. Andrea has more than 15 years experience in the domestic and global nonprofit sector, working for organizations like the Desmond Tutu Peace Foundation (USA), United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) and the Global Centre for Pluralism (GCP). Prior to that she had a been a grantmaking Sr. Program Officer for Africa at American Jewish World Service (AJWS) and a technical assistance Regional Program Officer, Southern Africa with the Synergos Institute based in New York and South Africa. She has a B.S. in Foreign Service with a focus on International Affairs and African Politics and Government from Georgetown University, and a M.P.I.A in Economic and Social Development and Certificate of Nonprofit Management from University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Public & International Affairs.
Outside of work. Andrea volunteers at Custom Collaborative and Achieving Leadership’s Purpose. She enjoys traveling, friends and family, music, and dancing.
