Pavitra Menon is a senior partner and cohort leader at Community Resource Exchange. Her areas of specialization include human resources, leadership development, strategic planning, and board development.
During her 10+ years of tenure with CRE, Pavitra’s client work has encompassed one-to-one consulting and coaching, as well as group training. As a cohort leader, she is primarily responsible for leading CRE’s High Performing Managers Initiative, which helps experienced managers enhance their leadership skills. Pavitra often contributes to CRE’s blog writing a series of posts on “HR Without HR.”
Before joining CRE, Pavitra worked at Ernst & Young in India for several years. There, she was part of the human capital practice, working on organizational design, competency frameworks, compensation, and recruitment for the firm’s clients. She was also a member of a team that established the knowledge-management function for the firm’s offices in India.
Pavitra has served two terms on the board of Manavi, a New Jersey-based organization that serves South Asian women who are victims of domestic violence. She holds an MBA in international business from École Nationale des Ponts et Chausseés, Paris, and a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Bangalore University, India.
