Pavitra Menon

Pavitra joined CRE in 2004 and works with clients on a variety of leadership and human resources projects. Her work spans 1-1 consulting, coaching and group training modalities. Her expertise lends itself well to CRE's strategic planning and board development engagements, which she has also led. Pavitra comes to CRE from Ernst and Young in India where she worked for over 3 years undertaking a variety of human resources interventions including organization design, competency frameworks, compensation and recruitment. She was also part of a team that helped set up the Knowledge Management practice in India. Pavitra has served two terms on the board of Manavi, a New Jersey-based organization that serves South Asian women experiencing domestic, and other forms of violence. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and an MBA in international business from École Nationale des Ponts et Chausseés, Paris.
