Jeff has more than 15 years of experience helping nonprofits manage and develop their financial and human resources. Before joining CRE in 2006, Jeff served on the finance and operations side of both Women in Need and MOUSE. Other NYC-area nonprofit experience includes a stint at Cause Effective, which provided his first exposure to the value of effective nonprofit capacity building.

As a member of CRE’s consulting team, Jeff focuses on financial management, planning, and human resource management (including executive search). He is also the co-leader of the Cohort Learning Practice, and, as part of this work, he manages the Leadership Caucus, CRE’s flagship leadership development program. He currently serves on the board of directors for Youth Represent and is a recent past board member of the Red Hook Initiative. Jeff received an M.P.A. from the Wagner School of Public Service at New York University and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Irvine.
