This monthly calendar provides information and deadlines on both private and government funding
opportunities. The calendar is also disseminated at no charge by email on a monthly basis. To be

Chronicle of Philanthropy's Grant Deadlines Listing
The Chronicle's Deadlines are drawn from The Chronicle's extensive listings. You may search them by funding category, or browse a complete list. The Chronicle also offers a Guide to Grants, an electronic database of all corporate and foundation grants listed in The Chronicle for a monthly fee of $26.
Grants.gov
Grants.gov allows organizations to electronically find and apply for competitive grant opportunities from all Federal grant-making agencies. Grants.gov is THE single access point for over 900 grant programs offered by the 26 Federal grant-making agencies.

PND's Request For Proposal (RFP) Bulletin is a weekly roundup of recently announced RFPs from private, corporate, and government funding sources. It can be easily searched by funding category and updated weekly. You can receive RFP Bulletin updates free via email.

The Foundation Center
The Foundation Center offers an alphabetized list of news and publication resources for nonprofits. The Center's site also provides assistance with sourcing funders, research studies with current stats, a calendar of sector events, management materials for nonprofits, and more.
INFOSHARE
Population statistics, immigration trends, socio-economic indicators, birth and death data, hospitalizations, local trade data, and more are made available by Infoshare Community Information Services. Data may be downloaded in table format, or maps may be produced right on the website. Individuals may sign up for a free one year subscription or organizations may subscribe at different levels for unlimited access to the information and mapping capability.
LawHelp
LawHelp helps low and moderate income people find free legal aid programs in their communities, find answers to questions about their legal rights, get information about the courts, and more.
My Neighborhood Statistics (updated Periodically)
This website, developed and maintained by the NYC Mayor's Office of Operations, lets New York City residents know how City agencies are performing in their neighborhood by viewing locally mapped performance statistics using a street address or intersection. Color-shaded maps also allow for easy comparisons of highs and lows in different neighborhoods. Data can be downloaded and manipulated using a spreadsheet software such as Excel or Lotus.
