Consulting

The hallmark of our approach has been one-to-one consulting.  CRE is regularly engaged by community-based organizations in work designed to strengthen organizational leadership, streamline and improve systems and structure, and build new resources and revenues.   One-to-one consulting is tailored to help a nonprofit with a specific organizational issue or issues.  Our consulting engagements typically range from 40-100 hours and are based on a consulting protocol that we consider best practices in consulting work
