CRE helps organizations to understand and access the full array of funding that can support their mission and programs. We work with organizations to develop strategic approaches to fundraising, to diversify when appropriate, and to build fundraising capacity to support future sustainability and growth. CRE works with client organizations to:

• Understand and navigate the world of nonprofit funding.
• Build a case for support by defining comparative advantage and demonstrating results.
• Mesh financial planning with fundraising goals.
• Acquire research skills and strategies to target and approach new sources.
• Enlist ALL administrative and program staff in fundraising efforts.
• Explore new ideas for resource development, including revenue-generating ideas, pro bono assistance and strategic partnerships.
