Leadership in the Midst

The Dynamic Leadership Seminar Series kicked off with Leadership in the “Midst”: We all recognize those frequent flyer problems that re-emerge no matter how many times we fix them, but how often have we really connected with the true opportunity represented by these problems?

This training teaches participants how to shift their approach to the most persistent problems at work. It frees leaders to resolve longstanding issues and move forward to apply these same skills to the inevitable challenges faced by all leaders.

Targeting Executive Directors and Senior Staff, this training is open to all individuals interested in stretching their leadership skills and energizing their work environment.

Sidekicks and Superheroes

The series continued with Sidekicks and Superheroes. How do I successfully juggle my responsibilities as a leader of this organization and still be responsible for managing so much day to day work?

This seminar is focused on the particular challenges faced by deputies, coordinators and management staff who must juggle their own leadership development while supporting the senior leadership within their business.

The Dynamics of Conscious Management

The series concluded with The Dynamics of Conscious Management. This advanced leadership seminar targets all levels of management and leadership and develops the ability for individuals to bring the transformative power of consciousness to every leadership setting. Consciousness here is described as being fully awake to the present, not distracted by the powerful impact that the past usually forces on everyday management decisions and interactions.
