Leadership in the Midst
The Dynamic Leadership Seminar Series kicked off with Leadership in the “Midst”: We all recognize those frequent flyer problems that re-emerge no matter how many times we fix them, but how often have we really connected with the true opportunity represented by these problems?
This training teaches participants how to shift their approach to the most persistent problems at work. It frees leaders to resolve longstanding issues and move forward to apply these same skills to the inevitable challenges faced by all leaders.
Targeting Executive Directors and Senior Staff, this training is open to all individuals interested in stretching their leadership skills and energizing their work environment.
