Exploring the Space
The C3 Community Conference Center has several meeting spaces to suit your needs:
- Conference Room A
Seats 12-14 persons around a large conference table. - Conference Room B
Seats up to 8-10 persons around an oval conference table. - Conference Room C
Seats up to 8-10 persons around an oval conference table. - C3 Training Room
A large, flexible space that can be set up to accommodate a variety of meeting needs, for example:- 12 to 30 in several different rectangular table arrangements
- Up to 25 in a U-shaped setting
- Up to 50 with theater-style seating
- Up to 70 in an open, reception-like space
Technology & Amenities
The C3 Community Conference Center has complimentary coffee, tea, and filtered water available to all guests and meeting participants. C3 has a sunlit café where your guests can meet or wait for your event to commence. Also available are public computers for email access, wireless Internet access, self-serve coffee/tea/water, easels and flipchart paper, and telephones for local calls.
In addition, all Conference Rooms have computers and flat screen monitors for presentations. The C3 Training Room has a projector and screens for large-scale presentations. Please inquire about using this equipment when you book your conference room.
Other available technologies in the C3 Training Room include: a projector and screen for large-scale presentations, a wireless microphone and amplification system, and playback for CD, DVD and VHS. Please be sure to specify technology needs when you book your conference room so that we can prepare the room for your needs. All conference rooms also have conference phones and video cameras for web video-conferencing. Please request these when you book the room, as they cannot be set up without advance notice.
