Conference rooms at the C3 Community Conference Center are available to nonprofit organizations at subsidized, hourly rates based on annual budget size.
The following rates are effective through March 2008:

Equipment fees:
- Presentation package (Computer and screen): $20
- Sound system and microphone: $25
- Multimedia package (TV/VCR/DVD): $20
