To reserve a room at the C3 Community Conference Center, contact Caren Brown at Tel: 212-894-3394. You may also send an email to: C3@crenyc.org and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

In order to help you in the most effective way, please be prepared and/or provide us with the following information:

  • The name of your organization
  • The name and telephone number of the main contact person
  • Your organization's annual budget size
  • The date and time you need a room
  • The number of expected people attending
  • If you will need food at the meeting
  • Any special equipment you might need

We will try our best to accommodate all of your requests.
