Staff

CRE consultants are hands-on practitioners and problem solvers. They share decades of experience as former Board members, leaders, staff and volunteers of community-based organizations; as former program officers of foundations; in government; and/or in corporate management positions. Twenty-six of CRE's 35 staff hold advanced degrees. CRE's staff share a range of backgrounds that reflect the City's rich ethnic and cultural diversity. CRE's work can be delivered in English or Spanish.

CRE's staff approaches each consulting relationship as a partnership with the organization's leadership. Our consultants empower groups to diagnose their own problems, develop solutions, and monitor results. CRE's work is ultimately in service of New York's communities and our efforts help community groups to accomplish more, in a better or more efficient way, in service of their mission.
