Pavitra Menon

Pavitra joined CRE in 2004 and works on a variety of Human Resources projects, partnering with management teams to help them think about personnel planning and organization structure, helping groups develop personnel policies and performance appraisal systems, and collaborating with clients to address recruitment needs. Pavitra has also led, managed and worked in teams on other project areas like strategic planning and board development. Pavitra sits on the Board of Manavi, an organization for South Asian women who are victims of violence. She began her career with Ernst & Young, India in their HR Consulting practice, and holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and an MBA in International Business from École Nationale des Ponts et Chausseés, Paris.
