Janice McGuire

Janice joined CRE as a Senior Consultant in April, 2009, following almost 40 years of work as an educator and non-profit manager. Since retiring in 2006 from her position as Executive Director of Hudson Guild, a settlement house based in the Chelsea section of Manhattan, Janice has been involved in a variety of teaching, training, and consulting assignments as well as volunteer activities with non-profit organizations throughout New York City.   Prior to Hudson Guild, Janice worked at Urban Pathways, Interface, Hamilton-Madison House and the NYC Board of Education; she has also sat on a number of non-profit and civic boards.  Janice began her career as a teacher and holds a BS degree from the College of Mt St Vincent and an MAT from Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
