Sonya joined CRE in September 2008 with 10 years of experience in the public sector. Prior to her work with CRE, she worked for the New York City Office of Management and Budget and has experience with a variety of non-profit organizations where she has focused on development and research work. She has a Masters in Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
