October 3, 2012 - 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
WEBINAR

With the 2012 Presidential Election quickly approaching and the NYC mayoral race heating up, this webinar will address the ability of nonprofit organizations to engage their communities in election related activities. While 501(c)(3) organizations cannot participate in election season in a partisan manner, they can run voter registration and get out the vote campaigns, and have an important role to play in encouraging civic engagement! Join us for a one hour session on maximizing your organization's impact without jeopardizing your tax exempt status. For board members and senior managers.

Instructors: Elizabeth Perez, Senior Staff Attorney and Louisa Hackett, Sr. Managing Director for Practice Development & Program Operations, Community Resource Exchange

This webinar is being hosted by the Lawyers Alliance of New York and Community Resource Exchange. Register for the webinar here. If you have trouble registering for the webinar, please call (212) 219-1800.
